Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged items at the time of delivery.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or mishandled products

  • Products purchased on special offers or discounts (unless defective)

  • Custom-made or special-order items

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after product inspection.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the original payment method or adjusted against future purchases.

  • Finance/EMI-related refunds are subject to the finance provider’s terms.

Exchange

  • Exchange may be offered for defective items, subject to product availability.
