7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
  • Product should not be damaged by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized furniture
  • Made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Wrong Product

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Unboxing Video (recommended)
  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Shipping Damage

City Furniture will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
